MCA-Georgia, together with the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and MCC, announced an international tender in May 2014. As a result PEM Consult, a German consulting company, in consortium with ICON- Institute and AARHUS Tech International was selected and awarded the contract, which will be managed by and report directly to MCA-Georgia.
PEM GmbH is an independent private consulting firm providing advisory services and technical assistance to public institutions, private sector organisations and individual enterprises in developing countries and economies in transition. Regional focuses of PEM’s activities are in the Mediterranean, Central and Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia, Southeast Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa – its major clients being national and international financing institutions and donor agencies, public institutions and private customers.
