Grants
Two Grants schemes are administered within the Industry-led Skills and Workforce Development Project: 1. PROGRAM IMPROVEMENT COMPETITIVE GRANTS (PICG) is a USD 12 million grants scheme designed to assist technical and vocational educational providers to establish new or expand existing programs that will meet labour demands, particularly in higher level Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) areas, Agriculture and Tourism. PICG was officially launched on June 22, 2015.   • Are you usually sending any kind of information about new projects to different universities/ organizations, or it is necessary to visit your web-page systematically to get info about new grants?

    Can we, as a business representative, be a main applicant to submit a proposal for the PICG?

    Will the PICG reimburse the part of costs incurred before grant awarding?

  • Can we forge partnership with foreign, public or private TVET registered in Ukraine?

    Can TVET college, not having authorization with NCEQE, be eligible for PICG if it’s international partner has an international authorization?

    Can international organization submit a concept paper, as a main applicant, to participate in PICG?

  • Can labor market research conducted by independent organization be considered as a reliable source of information?

    Can used computers, copy machines and other hardware be counted as an in-kind contribution from TVET side?

    We are interested if there is any restriction about the number of programs we can submit? (Will one concept be presented by only one program or several?)
